Vinification: Mechanical harvested. Total destemming. Fermentation with controlled temperature (25ºC-28ºC) stainless steel vats. Maceration before fermentation during 48 h and after fermentation during 1 week

Color: Deep ruby hue with violet hints.
Aroma: Complex aroma of very ripe red fresh fruits and white flowers very well integrated with balsamic and coconut notes.
Palate: Round and shows great richness and volume, a well-balanced acidity and elegant tannins. It has a long and complex finish.
Matches with: Mediterranean food in general, pasta, lamb, game and soft cheeses.
