Grape varieties: Originates from the strains of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional.
Vinification: Mechanical harvested. Total destemming. Fermentation with controlled temperature (25ºC-28ºC) stainless steel vats. Maceration before fermentation during 48 h and after fermentation during 1 week.
Ageing: 6 months in french oak.

Color: Deep ruby hue with violet hints.
Aroma: TComplex aroma of ripe red fruits, wild flowers and spices very well integrated with vanilla and a toasted notes.
Palate: Well-balanced, round, rich taste of fruits and spices, nice structure of smooth tanins.
Matches with: Full flavoured and roasted red meats, game and pork.
