Yield: 4-5 tons/ha
Vinification: Destemmed, gentle crushing, 20% whole berries. Small 12 ton stainless steel fermenters with regular pumpovers and delastage. Temp: 24 – 27ºC
No fining or cold stabilisation. Blended and bottled in June 2013.
Maturation: Aged in new and used French and American oak barrels

Tasting notes
Colour: Dense deep dark red, opaque centre.
Aroma: Complex aromas of dark berry fruits with spicy oak and pepper notes.
Palate: Intense, rich and well balanced palate, long and persistent finish.
