Tasting Notes
Colour: Deep, dark red garnet colour, almost opaque.
Aroma: Complex heady mix of dark berry and plum fruits, some tarry, earthy, gamey notes.
Palate: Full rich creamy palate with focused and dense fruit. Spicy vanillan and mocha notes. Great balance, structure, and length.
Serving Suggestion: Decant 60 minutes prior to serving with Roast meats (especially Beef and of course Yorkshire pudding!), hearty stews and soft blue cheeses.
