Vinification Process: Destemming, crushing, alcoholic fermentation in cement vats, pressing, malolactic fermentation.

Ageing: Matured in french oak barrels for 12 months.

Tasting Notes

Color / Condition: Deep red color.
Aroma: Intense aroma, good quality, complex, dominated by the structure and the fruit of the Alicante Bouschet very well combined with oral notes of the Touriga Nacional.
Palate: The ageing in wood barrels becomes evident, increasing the complexity of this wine. In the mouth is rich, structuralized and surprisingly long.

Temperature for Serving: 16º - 17º

Food Dishes: Best with red meat or cheese.
