GRAPE VARIETIES: Aragonez, Trincadeira and Cabernet Sauvignon
VINIFICATION: Fermentation takes place, variety by variety, in rotating steel vats (vinimatics), at a controlled temperature of 25ºC.
AGING: 4 months in French oak barrels.
LONGEVITY: 3 years
TASTE: Young and attractive, this wine presents a dark red colour and aromas of currants, red plums and some spices. It is velvety, with a balanced acidity and soft tannins.
HOW TO SERVE: Between 15 and 16º C, with light meat and grilled dishes
