Tasting Notes

Colour: This wine presents itself in a garnet color.
Aroma: Aromas of plum, blackberry and rasberry with a touch ofblack peper.
Palate: Soft and velvety, with dense fruit and pleasant acidity.

Vinification: Fermentation in stainless steel vats, partially in “rototanks”.

Shelf life: This wine is served at its best from now untill 2015.
