Tasting Notes

Colour: This wine presents itself with a light hayish colour, lively, fresh, fruity and incredible enjoyable.
Aroma: Aromas of tropical fruits, peach, mirabelle and a little green apple.

Vinification: Hand-picked in 55lb boxes. After the destemming follows the cold maceration for 24 hours at a temperature of 40°F. Then starts the fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats at a temperature of 64°F for 4 weeks. After that the wine is filtered and biologically stabilized. Subsequently it is matured in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 45°F until it is cold stabilised before bottling to achieve the full aroma capacity of that wine.

Shelf life: This wine is served at its best from now untill 2015.
