Grape Varieties: Alicante Bouschet (50%) - Syrah ( 25% ) - Touriga Nacional ( 25% )

Vinification: The grapes from vintage manual of our associates are unloaded and immediately stripped and crushed. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with manta layering, after which the wine makes the malolactic fermentation in French oak barrels.
Aging: The internship takes places during 16 months in french oak barrels. After this period, he served six months in the bottle.

Tasting notes

Color: Wine of crystalline aspect and garnet color.
Aroma: With aromas of wild berries, chocolate and coffee.
Palate: In the mouth it is soft and full bodied, with soft tannis and a good finish.

Consumption: The bottles should be laid down with the wine in contact with the cork in a cool place (about 12º C) and with some humidity (75% relative humidity). These conditions are expected to remain constant throughout the year. This wine can be drunk immediately or, if you prefer, you can let it age 6 to 8 years. It should be consumed at a temperature of 16º to 18º C.
Gastronomy: It goes very well with game dishes, grilled or roasted pork meats and cheeses.
