Grape varieties: Aragonez (70%) - Syrah (30%)

Apellation: DOC Alentejo

Vinification: The grapes from vintage manual of our associates are unloaded and immediately stripped and crushed. After a maceration of 18 hours at 10° C, part of the must is separated and fermented in stainless steel tanks at 16 ° C.
 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Crystalline and slightly straw coloured.
Aroma: Citrus fruit aromas.
Palate: It has a nicefreshness. It’s balanced and has a good after-taste.

Consumption: The bottles should be laid down with the wine in contact with the cork in a cold place (around 12ºC). This wine can be drunk immediately or, if you prefer, you can let it age for 1- 2 years. It should be consumed at a temperature of 8 ° C to 10° C.
Gastronomy: Serve with salads, seafood, fish and white meat, or can be served as an aperitif.
