Vinification: Hand-picked grapes are unloaded and immediately destemmed and crushed. In the cellar, extracting enzymes are added, while the must is cooled to a temperature of 10ºC (50ºF). After this period, they are pressed, with the must drawn off and filtered for decanting. The must temperature is then kept at 14ºC, yeast is added, and the fermentation process begins.
Colour: Yellow-citrine color.
Aroma: Tropical fruit aroma integrated with floral notes.
Palate: Fruity, intense and elegant, in an attractive set that finishes fresh and persistent.
Consumption: It should be drunk immediately at a temperature of 10-12ºC.
Gastronomy: This wine is a fine accompaniment to salads, seafood, fish dishes and white meats.
