Aspect: Limpid.
Colour: Intense grenade with light brownish tones.
Aroma: Intense, being predominant in forest fruits, red fruits jelly and nuances of spice and toasted.
Taste: Fruity, soft, well structured, harmonious with distinct persistence.

Serving suggestions: Ideal with dishes of Mediterranean, Chinese, Indian and African cuisine. Should be served at 18°C.
