Vinification: This process is controlled from the vineyards to the bottling process. Fermentation is made at controlled temperatures around 25 ° C in stainless steel vats in order to extract more aromas, the final result is a wine with very interesting structure, good balance, excellent aroma and ready to drink.
Color: Ruby
Aroma: Notes of dry fruits and jam involved in a soft vanilla.
Taste: Wine with an international profile, smooth, easy style to drink. Final taste with some hints of vanilla.
Recommended temperature of consumption: Between 16 º and 18 º C
Serve with: Traditional food, meat dishes and codfish.
