Grape Varieties: 50% Touriga Nacional, 50% Alicante Bouschet
Vinification: The clusters were hand-harvested and carefully sorted at the winery. The grapes were destemmed and slightly crushed. The fermentation took place in small stainless steel open-top tanks (lagares). The cap of skins were punched down dailly to maximize the varietal character and complexity. After malolactic, the wine was transferred to french oak barrels for 18 months, to achieve integration of fruit and oaks.

Tasting Notes
Deep black fruit from Alicante Bouschet along with the floral aromas of Touriga Nacional, dark chocolate and spice, creates this complex and juicy wine. In the palate is full bodied, has supple tannins and great acidity. The oak is fully integrated, giving elegance to the wine.
