Grape Varieties: 90% Alicante Bouschet, 10% Touriga Nacional
Vinification: The clusters were hand-harvested and carefully sorted at the winery. The grapes were destemmed and slightly crushed. The fermentation took place in small stainless steel open-top tanks (lagares). The cap of skins were punched down dailly to maximize the varietal character and complexity. After malolactic, the wine was transferred to new french oak barrels (100%) for 18 months. After bottling the wine ages in the cellar for another 18 months.

Aroma: Powerful wine, deep aroma with black fruits, praliné, chocolat, smoky aromas and luxurious oak.
