Certified Organic Vineyard. At 500m distance, the dam of Montargil as a great influence in the microclimate, increasing humidity and lowering the temperatures.
Style
Authentic wines that express the freshness and elegance of the terroir. Partially aged in french oak barrel to enhance complexity and structure.
Winemaking
The grapes were hand-harvested, gently destemmed and cold macerated for 6h. Fermentation took place in used 400L and 500L french oak barrels and aged for approximately 9 months.
Flavour / Profile
Ripe citrus fruits, baked apple, orange peel and elegant buttery notes. The presence of the barrels is discrete. On the mouth has good acidity and round volume.
Food Pairing
Soft cheese, foie gras, white meat and more complex fish dishes.
