Certified Organic Vineyard. At 500m distance, the dam of Montargil as a great influence in the microclimate, increasing humidity and lowering the temperatures.
Style
Authentic wines that express the freshness and elegance of the terroir. Partially aged in french oak barrel to enhance complexity and structure.
Winemaking
The grapes were hand-harvested, gently destemmed and crushed after being sorted at the winery. Fermentation took place in stainless-steel tanks with controlled temperature. After malolactic the wine was transferred to french oak barrels to age for 12 months and enhance the complexity of the blend.
Flavour / Profile
This wine as a great balance between ripe red fruit, violet aromas and bergamot from Touriga Nacional and an extra complexity given by the presence of oak. The palate is juicy, full bodied and persistent.
