Vineyard
Certified Organic Vineyard. At 500m distance, the dam of Montargil as a great influence in the microclimate, increasing humidity and lowering the temperatures.
Style
Authentic wines that express the freshness and elegance of the terroir. Partially aged in french oak barrel to enhance complexity and structure.
Winemaking
The grapes were hand-harvested, gently destemmed and pressed after being carefully sorted at the winery. Fermentation took place in 400L and 500L used oak barrels. Aging with fine lees and bâtonnage.
Flavour / Profile
Elegant orange and lemon peel, white flowers and peach aromas. The presence of the barrel aging is discreet. On the mouth is creamy, has crispy acidity and minerality giving a long finish.
