Winemaking: All of the clusters were hand-harvested. After being sorted, the grapes were destemmed and went directly to the press. The white must fermented slowly in stainless stell vats with controlled temperature. This wine is un-oaked to maintain is purity and freshness.

Final pH: 3,40
Residual sugar: 0,8 g/L
The aroma of this white wine is quite fresh with citrus and white fruits, white flowers like chamomile and a bit of white pepper. In the palate reveals a good volume, balanced with vibrant acidity, making this wine persistent and perfect to go along with food.
