Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Bouschet, Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah
Vinification: Harvest by hand to boxes of small capacity. Selection of grapes at the winery entrance. Fermentation in small volume tanks, crushed by foot, with temperature control. Post-fermentation maceration.
Ageing: Aged for 12 months in new French oak.
