Grape varieties: Touriga Nacional, Alicante Boushet, Aragonez and Others
Vinification: Harvest by hand into small capacity boxes. Selection of grapes near the cellar. Fermentation in stainless steel conical trunk of small capacity, with temperature control. Manual pumping. Post-fermentation maceration.
Ageing: Aged in stainless steel vats and in the bottle.
