The grapes were harvested by hand to 20 kg baskets followed by a selection of bunches and berryes in the winery. The bunches were destemed and the grapes fermented in Inox tanks at 25ºC.
Ageing: Part of the blend aged during 9 months in French oak barrels and the bottles aged 6 months in the cellers.
Alcoholic strength: 14% vol.
Total acidity: 6.0 g/dm3
pH: 3.55
Colour: Garnet coloured.
Aroma: This red releases intense aromas of black fruits, perceptions with some balsamic and slightly toast very well integrated.
Palate: In the mouth it is attractive and structured, with round tannins, long persistence, solid and nice.
Consuption: 2012 - 2019
Serving Suggestions: The structure of this wine should be accompanied by red meats, cheeses or gastronomy wellcondimented with fresh herbs, such as octopus lagareiro style or a chickpea stew with mint.
