Vinification: After static decantation, it fermented at 15ºC in a cold chamber, where the wine matured for 6 months at 10ºC, until being bottled.

pH: 3.42
Aroma: Aromas of mature tropical fruits and some citrus peel notes.
Palate: In the palate shows a good structure, alied to a long a pleasent persistence.
Consumption: 2014 - 2017
Serving Suggestions: Can be served as an appetizer or combined with fish and shellfish with soft sauces.
