The aim of Casa Agrícola Santos Jorge is to produce modern wines with typical character of Alentejo and Portugal, which are a pleasure to drink for connoisseurs and wine-lovers alike.

Aroma: Intensive red fruits and sweet compotes.
Palate: Full bodied, smooth tannins. Long finish.
Process: Wine is rotated in tanks in controlled temperature of 28ºC. Maceration with peels post-fermentation 10-12 days.
Ageing: Six months in French oak Allier Grão Fino
Serve with: Meat dishes as well as a strong chees. This wine naturally stabilizes and may produce deposit. Decant and serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
Storage: Keep the bottles in dark, dry cellar with an even temperature of less than 16 degrees Celsius for max. 6-8 years.
