Tasting Notes

Colour: Dark, deep ruby color.
Aroma: Intense aromas of black and ripe red fruits as blackberries and plums.
Palate: On the palate the ripe red fruits are evident as the pleasant balance between the soft tannins and acidity. The finish is long, intense and very soft.
Wine Making: The grapes are from a single vineyard and submitted to a very accurate quality selection before being crushed. Alcoholic fermentation is performed in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats. All after works are made manually according to the evolution of fermentation and grape.
Ageing: After the fermentation 12% of the blend matured 12 months in french oak barrels being 60% first use and 40% used barrels.
