Winemaking
The grapes, carefully selected from specific plots, are harvested at their optimal ripeness to ensure ideal flavors elegancy and freshness. They are then meticulously handpicked and transported to the winery in 1000 kg bins. Upon arrival, the grapes undergo rigorous inspection on a sorting table, followed by de-stemming and gentle crushing. After the grapes are transferred to stainless steel fermentation vats, where they ferment at a controlled temperature for a period of 7 days.
Aging
The blend ages 85% in temperature-controlled stainless-steel tanks and 15% in French oak barrels.
