Aroma: Aromas of vanilla, chocolate and spices, pleasantly balanced with truffles.
Palate: On the palate an additional composition of berries that transforms itself to a slight taste of cassis. In the finish stays a persistent elegant freshness.
Ageing: Storage of 9 months in French oak barriques.
Winemaking: The grapes were cooled down over night and then slowly fermented at a temperature of 54°F in mainly horizontal vinimatics. Partially maturation in French barriques before bottling.
Longevity: This wine is served at its best from now untill 2019
