Palate: Rich in exotic flavors and citrus fruits, tight, fruity and with an elegant acidity. The short barrel storage gives the wine a delicate taste of buttery nuance and highlights also the tropical fruits flavors. Full-bodied and unctuous.
Winemaking: The harvest is carried out in 25kg boxes, complete and static decanting for 24 hours at a low temperature. Fermentation in small capacity of stainless steel vats and french oak barrels is proceeded at a temperature of 14ºC. Later maturation is done in stainless steel vats and French barriques for at least six month.
Longevity: Immediately or during 2 years
