Colour: Dark garnet colour.
Aroma: Predominating red fruits and black current. Subtle floral aromas, reminding of wild flowers and orange blossom.
Palate: On the palate excentric spicy notes, a pleasant acidity and a balanced structure.
Winemaking: The grapes were cooled down over night and then slowly partially fermented in stainless steel vats and rototanks. Cold stabilised before bottling to achieve the full aroma capacity of this wine.
Longevity: This wine is served at its best from now untill 2016
