Colour: Deep dark purple colour.
Aroma: Intense and persistent aroma of ripe wild fruits predominating with spices and toasted grain.
Palate: Slightly floral imparting more elegance. Powerful flavour, smooth, well-structured with tannins of a great quality. A balanced, seductive finish.
Winemaking: The grapes are cooled during the night and slowly fermented within 15 days in open barrels with a capacity of 200 kilos each. An extreme careful procedure for the grapes.
Ageing: Storage of 24 months in French oak barrels.
Longevity: 6 years in proper conditions
