Varieties: 60% Gouveio, 30% Arinto and 10% Viosinho
Soil: Residual granite and metamorphic sedimentary soils
Colour: This wine presents itself in a light citrus colour.
Aroma: Aromas of ripened fruits, white peach, citrus and pineapple.
Palate: On the palate juicy with exotic hints. An everybodies darling wine with good structure and finesse.
Winemaking: Hand-picked in 55lb boxes. After the destemming follows the cold maceration for 24 hours at a temperature of 40°F. Then starts the fermentation in small capacity stainless steel vats at a temperature of 64°F for 4 weeks. After that the wine is filtered and biologically stabilized. Subsequently it is matured in stainless steel vats at a temperature of 45°F until it is cold stabilised before bottling.
Longevity: This wine is served at its best from now untill 2017
