Fermentation: The grapes vinified in stainless steel tanks with a light maceration.
Stage: Aged in stainless steel.

 

Tasting notes

Colour: Garnet-coloured.
Aroma: Wine boasting aromas of ripe plum and a touch of spice, with notes of toasted wood hinting at its time spent in the casks.
Taste: It feels soft when in the mouth, the acidity is well-balanced and the livelier of the silky tannins prolong the taste and reveal their youth.
Alcohol Content: 14%
Recommended drinking temperature: 16/17 ºC.
