Harvest
Grapes are hand-picked to small cases in the early morning in order to preserve its freshness. Afterwards they are cooled down in a cold chamber before vinification takes place.
Vinification
Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks at low temperatures to preserve the aromas.
Tasting Notes
Citrus color, elegant and intense aroma showing notes of tropical fruits. Well integrated acidity with the sweetness of the fruit. Long and persistent finish.

Goes well with fish and seafood dishes, white meat and pasta.
