Grape Varieties: 55% Alicante Bouschet, 45% Traditional Portalegre grape varieties.
Harvest: Manual to 20kg boxes with berries manual selection at the winery.
Vinification: Stainless steel tanks, with small capacity and temperature control.

Ageing: 16 in french oak barrels, 30% new barrels and 70% used barrels.
Bottling: June 2015
Production: 5.100 bottles
 

Tasting Notes

Colour: Dark red colour, almost black.
Aroma: Intense and ripe fruti notes, but withot any excess maturation, blended with tobacco, grafiite and a deep mineral, accompanied by a vegetable sugestion that adds an uncommon complexity and tension.
Palate: Alive and powerful, austere but delicate, surprising tannins with a fresh and vigorous finish due to a very well integrated acidity.
