Appellation: Vinho Regional Alentejano
Grape Varieties: Touriga Nacional, Touriga Franca and Alicante Bouschet
Vinification Process: 8 Days under temperature control. After fermentation short maceration for 12 days.
Wine Aging: The wine was aged in nem American and French barrels for 12 days.



Tasting Notes

Colour: Bright ruby colour.
Aroma: Intense aroma of ripe fruit, showing plums and cherries combined with elergant floral and menthol hints.
Palate: Complexity is increased from oak aging, adding aromas of vanilla, tobacco and roasted coffee.
Gastronomy: Well paired with traditional Portuguese food.
Serving: Best served at 16º - 18ºC.
