Grape Varieties: Trincadeira, Alicante Bouschet, Aragonez and Syrah

Vinification: Destemming without crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tank at 25ºC and rack and return dialy. Malolactic fermanetation in new French oak barrels, where the wine remained 18 months.
Ageing: Aged for 12 months in the bottle before being released onto the market.
Alcoholic Strenght: 14,5% vol.
Total Acidity: 5,6 g/dm3
pH: 3.58
Colour: Garnet colour.
Aroma: Complex aromas of blackberry jam, plumb, liquorice, dark chocolate and pink pepper.
Palate: Smooth on mouth, well balanced with a great freshness and full body tannins. Long potential of ageing.
Consumption: 2013 - 2018
Serving Suggestions: Sheep´s cheeses with some curing are good complement, Azeitão cheese. A skate with coriander or cod with spices.
