Vinification:  Busches harvested manually and submitted to selection at the vineyard and winery. Fermentation in new rench and American oak barrels followed by aging for 6 month with batonnage.

Tasting Notes

Colour: The wine proves to have a yellow lemon colour with strong green nuances.
Aroma: Reveals high aromatic intensity, fresh youth, tropical fruits notes like manfo, pineapple and a smooth vanilla flower.
Palate: Lively acidity, full body and high greasiness finishing on an elegant spucy touch on a long well mouth.

Serving Suggestions: Shellfish elaborately prepared. Dogfish soup. Rich fish.
