Tasting Notes

Appearance: Clear.
Colour: Defined garnet, intense in violet hues.
Aroma: Complex, predominant in red fruits and some notes of spices.
Flavour: Fruity, smooth, well-structured and harmonious.

Winemaking: Total destemming, extended skin maceration and alcoholic fermentation at 82ºF.

Maturation: Six months in French oak barrels. Two months in the botttle.

When and how to drink: Ideal with grilled red meats or with sauces, game and cheese. Serve at a temperature of 43-47ºF.
