Grape Varieties: Aragonez, Trincadeira and Syrah
Vinification: Vinified wine in wine cellar and own vineyards surrounding the winery. After total stripping, crushing, fermentation in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures and slight maceration.
Ageing: 6 months in new barrels of French and American oak.
Colour: Garnet color.
Aroma: With aroma of berries, black fruits and some spices.
Palate: Overall appears soft, with good acidity, solid tannins but long and smooth and the varieties of wood which it aged, giving persistence to the wine.
Gastronomy: Combines with dishes of red meat very juicy.
Serve between 15 º - 16 º C.
