Technical Information
Concept: Inspired in the production methods of the best Sparkling Blanc de Blancs.
Grape varieties: Arinto, Roupeiro e Verdelho.
Soils: Argil-limestone.
Vinification: SEXY Gold Edition is born from the result of a selective manual harvesting and a second bottle fermentation by the Méthode Traditionnelle for the production of sparkling wines. The result is the purity and complexity of things done with soul.
Ageing: 9 months, 50% in french oak and 50% in stainless steel.
Oenologist: António Maçanita
Tasting Notes
Colour: Crystalline straw yellow.
Aroma: Fresh notes of citrus with some white plums, fused with notes of "pain grillé", and spices.
Palate: In the test the attack is fresh, tense, with a fine bubble, good texture and persistence.
