Production: 20.000 bottles
Oenologists: Paulo Laureano, Carlos Rodrigues
Vinification: Fermentation in French oak vats followed by 8 months aging in French oak barrels grapes fermented in Inox tanks at 25ºC.
Ageing: Part of the blend aged during 9 months in French oak barrels and the bottles aged 6 months in the cellers.
Alcoholic Strenght: 14% vol.
Total Acidity: 5.9 g/dm3
pH: 3.58
Aroma: The nose is layered with violets, red berries and spices.
Palate: The mouth fresh, elegant and sophisticated.
Serving Suggestions: Very good with baked octopus as well as pork and veal stews.
