Tasting Notes

Colour: Citrus colour.
Aroma: A bouquet of white flowers and fresh tropical fruit, where pineapple notes stand out.
Palate: With a soft beginning, the acidity awakens the senses and prolongs the wine in the mouth along with the floral bouquet and the pineapple notes felt in the aroma. A multidimensional, well-structured wine.

Serving suggestions: It can be served as an aperitif but it is also excellent with fish, seafood or white meats.
