TERROIR
Vineyards planted in clay soils near the city of Estremoz, in Alentejo. The climate is continental Mediterranean with a thermal amplitude that ranges between warm days and cold nights during the grapes’ maturation period.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Purple
Nose: Aromas of red fruit and some vegetal.
Mouth: Tannins are present, soft and smooth. Elegant structure with a nice long finish.

VINIFICATION
Hand harvest. Maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks for 10 days. Aged in stainless steel tanks.

FOOD PAIRINGS
Ideal to pair with meat dishes and BBQ but perfect with a stone steak or roasted chicken.

Traditional Alentejo grape varieties like Trincadeira, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet
