TERROIR
Vineyards planted in clay soils near the city of Estremoz, in Alentejo. The climate is continental Mediterranean with a thermal amplitude that ranges between warm days and cold nights during the grapes’ maturation period.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Pink Salmon
Nose: Light floral notes, red berries and some vegetal.
Mouth: Light body, refreshing flavor, elegant with a long finish.

VINIFICATION
Hand harvest in mid-august. Straight press and fermentation in stainless steel tanks.

FOOD PAIRINGS
A summer afternoon by the pool with friends and a chicken salad!
