TERROIR
Vineyards planted in clay soils near the city of Estremoz, in Alentejo. The climate is continental Mediterranean with a thermal amplitude that ranges between warm days and cold nights during the grapes’ maturation period.

TASTING NOTES
Color: Greenish yellow
Nose: White pulp fruits aroma with some floral notes.
Mouth: It’s tasty with a long finish and a refreshing acidity.

VINIFICATION
Hand harvest. Direct press with fermentation in stainless steels tanks and aged on lees for 9 months.

FOOD PAIRING
Ideal to pair with fish and lean meat dishes. Its freshness makes it perfect to side with Bulhão Pato clams.

GRAPE VARIETIES
Traditional Alentejo grape varieties like Arinto, Verdelho and Antão Vaz.
