Technical Information

Classification: Regional Wine
Grapes: Chardonnay.
Vinification: Total destemming, pressing and fermentation at 13ºC. On the final stages of fermentation it’s moved to French oak, where it stays approximately 6 months. Batonnage twice a week at the start, reducing it at the later stages of the aging.

Tasting Notes

Colour: Presents a yellow citric colour.
Aroma: Complex aroma, fruity, nuts and vanilla.
Palate: On the mouth is full, fresh and with a persistent final.
Service: Accompanies fish dishes and shellfish at the ideal temperature of 11ºC and 12ºC.
