Terras de Monforte is unmistakable the signature of Alto Alentejo and Herdade do Perdigão.
Grape Varietes: Antão Vaz, Arinto and Verdelho
Vinification: The grapes were picked by hand and kept at low temperatures, in a cold chamber, to minimize oxidation and quality loss. After static clarification ,during 48h, the grapes are transfer to a fermentation vat and the process takes place at 14ºC, during 3 weeks, aproximmately. Once completed, the wine stands for a few months over a layer of yeast dregs before being bottled.
Colour: Citric colour.
Aroma: Showing aromas of tropical fruit, flowers and some mineral character.
Palate: On the palate is smooth, engaging and really fresh.
Service: We recommend to serve it at 10 - 12ºC.
