Grape varieties: Arinto, Antão Vaz e Alvarinho
Winemaking: During the harvest all the grapes are hand-picked and they are transported in small boxes to the cellar where they are stored in a cold chamber at 3ºC for 24h. Then they are selected and gently pressed in a pneumatic press. The grape must was decanted at cold temperature (10ºC) and fermented in french oak barrels with controlled temperature. After the alcoholic fermentation the wine had six month of aging in bâttonage sur lie.
Tasting Notes
Colour: Crystalline wine with green tones.
Aroma: Complex and elegant aroma with notes of fruit well integrated with the toast from the fermentation in barrel.
Palate: Rich in fruit, refreshing flavor. Great acidity.
