Vinification: The best grapes are hand-picked from carefully selected premium quality parcels of our finest Estates. Controlled temperature fermentation (28º), prolonged maceration and malolactic fermentation all take place during a period around a month. After a staging of 9 months in Franch oak barrels the wine rest for another 12 months in the bottle.
Alcohol Content: 13,5 %
Colour: Intense. concentrated and lively brownish grenadine colour.
Aroma: Hints of cherries and black plums are present in a very solid and well balanced set.
Palate: The oak is perfectly combined with the fruit, revealing a sift vanilla taste in the midst of firm and noble tannins. The palate is pulpy and might buy very elegant, leaving a long and persistente finish.
Service Temperature: Serve at 16-18ºC
Serving Suggestions: With any gourmet meat or game dishes or serve with high quality patés.
