Vale do Chafariz Red

Origin: Herdade da Ajuda, Hight Alentejo
Grape Varieties: Vale do Chafariz red wine is composed by Trincadeira, Aragonez, Castelão and Alicante Bouschet.
Harvest and vinification: The grapes had been harvested during the night by mechanic process, in order to ensure aromas and phenolic compounds, holding a particular freshness . The harvest took place at night during the 3rd week of September. Fermentation at 24 º C of temperature for 7 days after destemmed grapes.



Tasting notes

Colour: Ruby color.
Aroma: Light vegetable aromas, red fruits and dark chocolate .
Consumption Suggestion: Vale do Chafariz It is suggested as an accompaniment of day to day meals, as well as light fish and meat dishes.
